摘  要:本文研究用电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP)直接测定绝缘油中的微量Cu、Fe、Al和Ni金属元素。试验用有机溶剂(LPW-3)稀释样品,选择仪器最佳元素分析谱线、波长及最佳分析参数,进行重复性、精密度、加标回收率的分析。结果表明:相对标准偏差为0.31%-3.18%,灵敏度高,线性范围宽,线性相关性0.999。检出限:Cu为0.023,Fe为0.010,Al为0.007,Ni为0.022。加标回收率为95%-104%。本试验用直接测定法与灰化-酸化法测定样品进行比较,该方法在实际样品检测中取得较好的效果。This paper studies direct determination of trace Cu, Fe, AI and Ni metal element in insulation oil by ICP.In the experiment,organic solvent(LPW-3) dilutes samples were used,and the best analytical spectral lines of elements,wavelength and the best analysis parameters of apparatus were selected to test reproducibility, precision,recove ry rate of samples.The results showed that the RSD was 0.31%-3.18%,the correlation coefficient was 0.999,the detection limit of Cu was 0.023mg/L,the detection limit of Fe was 0.010mg/L and the detection limit of Al was 0.007mg/L and the detection limit of Ni was 0.022mg/L,and the recovery rates were 95%-104%.Direct determination compares with ashing acidification of samples in this experiment,the method has high sensitivity, wide linear range and good effect in the actual detection of samples.
