摘 要:【目的】探讨A超测量技术在猪活体评估中的应用效果。【方法】采用PIGLOG 105A超测量仪,对106头PIC猪5个测量点的背膘厚、眼肌厚进行活体测量,通过与对应的胴体测量值进行相关与回归分析,探讨A超在活猪生产性能评价中的应用价值。【结果】5个测量点活体A超测量的背膘厚和眼肌厚与胴体测量值间的相关性较高(P<0.01),均呈直线线性回归关系;活体背膘厚与胴体质量间的相关关系为中等相关(P<0.01),活体眼肌厚与胴体质量间的相关性较高(P<0.01),二者呈直线线性回归关系。【结论】用A超测量活体猪的背膘厚与眼肌厚,利用对应的回归模型即可得出胴体背膘厚、眼肌厚与胴体质量,从而可以实现猪活体的生产性能评价。[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the A-mode ultrasonic measuring technology for measurement of pig back fat thickness and eye muscle thickness in vivo. [Method] PIGLOG 105 A-mode ultrasonic equipment was used to measure back fat thickness and eye muscle thickness of 106 PIC pigs at different measuring points in vivo and the practical performance was evaluated though correlation analysis and regression with corresponding carcass measurements. [Result] A-mode ultrasonic measurement of back fat thickness and eye muscle thickness in vivo was highly correlated with carcass measurement at all five measuring points (P〈 0. 01) with linear relationship. A-mode ultrasonic measurement of vivo back fat thickness and vivo eye muscle thickness was highly related with carcass weight (P〈0.01) with linear relationship. [Conclusion] It was feasible to measure back fat thickness and eye muscle thickness in vivo using A-mode ultrasonic equipment. The corresponding back fat thickness, eye muscle thickness and carcass weight could be obtained through the regression models.
