摘　　要：随着多个促淋巴管生成因子和淋巴管内皮细胞标记物如血管内皮生长因子-C/D、透明质酸、果蝇prospero同源转录因子、血管内皮生长因子受体-3、肾小球足突细胞膜蛋白、淋巴管内皮细胞透明质酸受体-1以及肿瘤胚胎性抗原M2A的单克隆抗体等的发现,有关肿瘤淋巴转移和淋巴管生成的研究得到了重视。目前,肿瘤淋巴转移和淋巴管生成及其机制研究已成为肿瘤研究的热点。该文对近期发现的促淋巴因子和淋巴管内皮细胞标记物进行简要综述,为恶性肿瘤的检出、诊断与治疗提供新的思路与靶点。With multiple growth factors of promoting lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic endothelial cell markers such as vascular endothelial growth factor-C/D, hyaluronic acid, prospero related homeobox gene-1, vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3, podoplanin, lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronan receptor-1 and D2-40 were found, more attention was paid to study on lymphatic metastasis and lymphangiogenesis in tumor. Currently, the study on lymphatic metastasis and lymphangiogenesis in tumor and its mechanism has become a new hot topic of cancer research. This paper is a brief review of recently discovered growth factors of promoting lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic endothelial cell markers, providing new ideas and targets for detection, diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors.
