摘  要:茶油是一种纯天然高级可食用油脂,具有很高的营养价值,具有"有种珍品"之美称,在我国作为医用用途已有1000多年的历史。通过系统查阅国内外文献资料,发现茶油除了含有大量的不饱和脂肪酸外,还含有大量其他微量的活性成分,使茶油具有更多的、良好的医用用途,对茶油中含有的活性成分及相应的医药用途进行了综述,以促进茶油在医药工业中的开发和应用。The oil of tea seed is used extensively as cooking oil, which has suitable nutritional properties and has been regarded as emperor oil. The tea seed oil has been cultivated a wide array of therapeutic properties for more than 1000 years. Through systematical review of previous literatures, found that the potential beneficial properties of the oils are not only dependent on the polyunsaturated fatty acids, but also another number of active ingredients. The biochemical ingredient and their biological activities of tea seed oil were discussed to deeply understand chemical nature and potential use fields of tea seed oil in medicine industry.
