莪术油注射液配合常规化疗对早期卵巢癌患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨莪术油注射液配合常规化疗对早期卵巢癌患者生活质量的影响。方法 2010年9月-2012年12月收集早期卵巢癌患者62例,均经病理组织或细胞学确诊,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。2组患者均采用多烯紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗方案,即在化疗第1天、第8天和第15天静脉滴注多烯紫杉醇75 mg/m^2;第1~3天静脉滴注顺铂30 mg/m^2,21 d为1个周期;观察组在上述治疗的基础上配合应用莪术油注射液400 mg加入500 ml0.9%氯化钠溶液,静脉滴注,每天1次。观察2组患者的食欲、体质量及Karnofsky评分改变,并记录不良反应、结果观察组食欲增加18例(58.1%),体质量增加21例(67.8%),Karnofsky评分升高10分以上者17例(54.8%);对照组食欲增加7例(22.6%),体质量增加7例(22.6%),Karnofsky评分升高10分以上者7例(22.6%),2组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。观察组胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制发生率低于对照组(58.07%vs.67.74%,19.36%vs.29.03%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论莪术油注射液可明显减轻化疗的不良反应,提高卵巢癌患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of zedoary turmeric oil injection combined with conventional chemotherapy on life quality of the patients with early stage ovarian cancer.Methods 62 cases of the patients with diagnosis as early ovarian cancer by pathology or cytology methods during 2010 September to 2012 December were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients in the two groups were treated with docetaxel and cisplatin regimen in chemotherapy,at the first days,eighth days and fifteenth days,intravenous infusion of docetaxel 75 mg/m～2 was applied;from the first day to the third day,intravenous infusion of cisplatin 30 mg/m～2 was applied,every 21 d were taken as 1 cycles.The patients in the observation group were treated with combined zedoary turmeric oil injection（400 mg in 0.9%sodium chloride solution 500 ml,intravenous drip,and one time per day）.Based on the therapy as above,the change of the body weight,appetite,and Kamofsky scores of the patients in the two groups were observed and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results In the observation group,the appetite of 18 cases（58.1%） increased,the weight of 21 cases（67.8%） were gained,Karnofsky scores of 17 cases had an elevation more than 10 points（54.8%）;in the control group,the appetite of 7 cases（22.6%） increased,the weight of 7 cases（22.6%） were gained,Kamofsky scores of 7 cases had an elevation more than 10points（22.6%） and there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The gastrointestinal reaction,bone marrow inhibition degrees of the patients in the observation group was lower than those of the control group（58.07%vs.67.74%,19.36%vs.29.03%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Zedoary turmeric oil injection can significandy reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy and improve the life quality of the in patients.
