摘  要:研究光伏电池物理模型,利用Matlab/Simulink平台,搭建其动态仿真模型。该模型可以模拟变化的光伏参数、光照强度、环境温度,能够模拟外界环境下的I-U、P-U特性曲线,快速输出动态响应下光伏发电功率。仿真结果得到了光伏电池的输出特性呈非线性,且可用于对光伏系统的动态仿真研究,证明该仿真模型的合理性与实用性,同时为优化光伏发电能效、搭建光伏系统组提供良好的理论依据和仿真基础。Physical model of PV cell array was researched. Matlab/Simulink platform was used to build its dynamic simula-tion model. The model can be used to simulate the change of the photovoltaic parameters,light intensity,ambient temperature, characteristic curves of I-U and P-U in external environment,and photovoltaic power generation rate in fast output dynamic re-sponse. The simulation results indicate that the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells are nonlinear,and the model can be applied to the dynamic simulation research of the PV system. The rationality and practicability of the simulation model were proved by the results. With the model,a theoretical foundation and a simulation base were provided for the optimization of photo-voltaic power generation efficiency and set-up of photovoltaic systems group.
