摘　　要：立足山西省国家转型综改试验区建设科技面临的重大机遇与挑战,开展了资源依赖型经济转型发展科技战略研究,以求为全国资源型地区推动经济结构战略性调整、实现科学发展发挥示范带动作用。分析了山西省资源依赖型经济的现状,探讨了经济转型的有效实施路径,明确了当前产业研究与试验发展(R&D)资源的分布状况,提出了山西资源依赖型经济转型科技战略重点。Based on the great opportunities .and challenges that science and technology facing during the construction of Shanxi transformation of comprehensive reform experimental areas, research on the science and technology development strategy of resources dependent economic transformation. Analyzes the current situation of resource-dependent economy in Shanxi Province, discusses the effective implementation of the economic transformation path, has been clear about the current distribution of industry research and development （R＆D） resources, proposes the strategic focus of science and technology of resource-dependent economy transformation in shanxi.
