摘　　要：以我国237家新创企业为样本,利用基于偏最小二乘法的结构方程模型,探讨了包括社会网络嵌入和产业网络嵌入的双重网络嵌入对新创企业创业绩效的影响机制,尤其是创业机会异质性在双重网络嵌入对创业绩效影响中的中介作用。结果显示:新创企业通过嵌入双重网络可以更好地识别、利用异质性创业机会,这种特定的优势能够显著提升其创业绩效;创业机会异质性在双重网络嵌入影响创业绩效的过程中起完全中介作用。Taking 237new ventures as the sample,this paper studies the influence mechanism of dual network（social network and industrial network）embeddedness on entrepreneurial performance of new venture empirically by using the structural equation model based on the partial least squares method,and the mediating effect of heterogeneity of entrepreneurial opportunity in this influence.The results show as follows：new ventures could identify and use the heterogeneous entrepreneurial opportunities better through embedding social network and industrial network;this particular advantage helps to improve the entrepreneurial performance of new venture significantly;the heterogeneity of entrepreneurial opportunity plays a significant mediating effect in the relationship between dual network embeddedness and entrepreneurial performance.
