摘 要:选用480尾初始体重为(9.69±0.30)g的花鲈(Lateolabrax japonicus)随机分成6组,分别投喂含40%鱼粉的基础饲料和以23.30%豆粕、22.40%花生粕、23.82%棉粕、27.77%菜子粕、38.98%玉米DDGS等蛋白替代16%鱼粉的5种替代饲料,记作FM、SBM、PNM、CSM、RSM、DDGS。结果表明,与FM组相比,SBM和PNM组增重率、特定生长率和饲料系数无显著性差异(P>0.05),RSM组摄食率显著降低(P<0.05)。SBM和CSM组全鱼粗蛋白含量分别比FM组升高6.2%和9.4%(P>0.05),各替代组全鱼粗脂肪与FM组相比均显著升高(P<0.05)。与FM组相比,RSM组前肠蛋白酶和PNM、CSM组胃蛋白酶活性均显著降低(P<0.05);CSM和RSM组胃、肝脏和前肠淀粉酶、脂肪酶活性均显著低于FM组(P<0.05)。当等蛋白替代16%鱼粉时,与菜子粕、棉粕和玉米DDGS相比,豆粕对花鲈幼鱼增重率、摄食率、全鱼粗蛋白含量和前肠蛋白酶活性的影响最小,是替代16%鱼粉的适宜植物蛋白源,其次是花生粕。Four hundred and eighty juvenile Japanese seabass (Lateolobrax japonicus) with an initial weight of (9.69±030)g were randomly divided into 6 groups and fed respectively with six isonitrogenous and isoenergetie diets. The basic diet con- tained 40% fish meal, and five test diets were prepared with 16% fish meal replacement by 23.30% soybean meal, 22.40% peanut meal, 23.82% cottonseed meal, 27.77% rapeseed meal and 38.98% eorn-DDGS (FM, SBM, PNM, CSM, RSM and DDGS). The results showed that no significant difference was found in weight gain rate (WGR), specific growth rate (SGR) and feed coefficient (FC) of SBM and PNM groups compared with FM (P〉0.05)and feeding rate of RSM group was signifi- cantly decreased(P〈O.05). Compared with FM group, the whole fish crude protein content of SBM and CSM groups was in- creased by 6.2% and 9.4%, respectively (P〉0.05). The whole fish crude lipid content of the replacement groups was signifi- cantly increased in comparison with FM group (P〈0.05). Compared with FM group, the protease activities in fore intestine of RSM group and that in stomach of PNM and CSM groups were significantly decreased(P〈0.05). The amylase and lipase activ- ities in stomach, liver and fore intestine of CSM and RSM groups were significantly lower than those of FM group (P〈0.05). In the case of 16% replacement of fish meal by 5 plant proteins, soybean meal showed less effects on weight gain rate, feeds intake rate, whole fish crude protein content and protease activities in fore intestine of juvenile Japanese seabass than that of CSM, RSM and DDGS. It was suggested that the optimum alternative fish meal plant protein source for Japanese seabass should be soybean meal, followed by peanut meal.
