摘 要:为了探究蕺菜(Houttuynia cordata Thunb.)浸提工艺以及对羟自由基的清除能力,以一定浓度的乙醇为浸提剂提取蕺菜叶中的活性成分,利用邻二氮菲—Fe2+分光光度法测定蕺菜浸提液的抗氧化能力,通过单因素试验对影响浸提工艺的主要因素进行分析,采用L9(34)正交试验和极差分析确定最佳浸提工艺条件。以羟自由基清除率为考察指标,结果表明,蕺菜活性成分的最佳浸提工艺条件为料液比为1∶20(g:mL),70℃恒温回流条件下浸提2.0 h,该蕺菜浸提液对羟自由基的最大清除率为83.54%。结果表明,蕺菜提取物具有明显的抗氧化能力,开发前景广阔。To explore the extraction process and antioxidation of ethanol extracts from Houttuynia cordata Thunb., the active components in Houttuynia cordata Thunb. were extracted by ethanol with certain concentration and its antioxidant ability were determined by spectrophotometry with phenanthroline-Fe2+. The hydroxyl radical(·OH) scavenging rates were used as test index. The major factors affecting extraction process were analyzed with single factor test. The extraction condition were optimized by L9(34) orthogonal tests and range analysis. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were extracting 2.0 h with the ratio(g:mL) of solid(Houttuynia cordata Thunb.) to solution of 1∶20 under 70 ℃. The maximum capacity of hydroxyl radical scavenging rate were 83.54%. It is indicated that the extractions from Houttuynia cordata Thunb. had a vast developing potential for its significant antioxidant ability.
