摘　　要：大规模开放在线课程(MOOC)对高校人才的培养起着积极的作用.阐述了高校在线网络教学模式的发展与背景和MOOC资源的设计以及MOOC教学模式的组织形式,指出要注重促进学生利用MOOC教学系统平台进行在线交流.Massive Open Online Courses （MOOC） play a positive role in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. The ar- ticle expounds the development and background of the online network teaching model as well as the design of MOOC resource and the organization form of the MOOC teaching mode, and points out it is necessary to emphasize prorating students communicating online by using the MOOC teaching platform.
