摘  要:新课程标准的实施,给学校体育教学带来了许多全新的课程理念,"健康第一"的指导思想正在学校体育教学中得到贯彻,三维健康的体育教学目标也得到了进一步的确立.体育教师是体育教学的主要指导者,怎样使新课程标准落到实处,从而提高学校体育教学的整体效益,是一个十分重要和迫切的问题.运用文献资料法,并结合学校体育教学的实践,对新课程标准进行了进一步的分析和研究,辩证地思考了运动技能教学与身体健康、心理健康和社会适应的关系,并提出了提高学校体育教学整体效益的有效途径:以全局体育观指导学校体育教学,坚持课内外相结合原则,活用课外体育资源,促使学生由课外带动课内积极学习体育的兴趣,从而有效地实现课程目标.With the implementation of the new curriculum standard, a large amount of new curriculum are brought to the physical edu- cation teaching in school, the guiding ideology that "health is the most important" has been put into effect completely, and three - di- mension healthy physical education teaching purpose has been established further. Physical education teachers are regarded as the in- structors of physical education. Therefore the physical education teachers today should lay stress on that how to carry out the new stand- ard. Through looking up documentary materials and combining with the teaching practice, this article studies and analyzes the new standard of curriculum, the relationship among sports skill teaching and body health, psychology health and society adaption, and puts forward effective measures of promoting the whole benefit of physical education.
