摘 要:针对高效节能的科技发展趋势,提出一种具有直驱特性和高功率密度的二自由度电磁执行器(two degree of freedom electromagnetic actuator,2-DOF EMA)。2-DOF EMA集直动与转动功能于一体,提高了系统结构的紧凑性;系统取消了运动转换装置,将电能直接转化为运动所需的机械能,从而提高其传动效率。在完成整体结构设计与三维建模的基础上,介绍了2-DOF EMA的工作原理并建立其系统数学模型,进而完成2-DOF EMA工作特性的仿真研究与台架测试工作。结果表明,2-DOF EMA的最大驱动力超过1 200 N,直线运动20 mm仅需14.7 ms;驱动转矩可达2.5 N·m,转过22°角位移需要的时间为13.5 ms,且仍有进一步提高的余地。Aiming at the trend of technology development of high efficiency energy saving,a kind of direct-drive and high power density of two degree of freedom electromagnetic actuator( 2-DOF EMA) was provided in the study. 2-DOF EMA features the linear and rotary movement in an overall structure and improves the compactness of the system. It eliminates the motion conversion device,so that the energy is converted into mechanical energy directly. And then,the transmission efficiency was improved. Threedimensional model of 2-DOF EMA was given in the study,the working principle of design program was introduced and the detailed mathematical model of the system was established. On this basis,the simulation study and bench testing for 2-DOF EMA were completed. The results show that the maximum value of driving force is over 1200N,and the linear motion time of 20mm is controlled at 14. 7ms. The maximum value of driving torque reaches 2. 5N · m,and the rotary motion time of 22° is controlled in 13. 5ms. In addition,the operating characteristic has room for improvement in the future.
