复方樟柳碱治疗前房积血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方樟柳碱治疗前房积血的疗效。方法:应用以复方樟柳碱为主的药物治疗手段治疗前房积血80例,对积血吸收的时间,视力恢复情况等进行观察。结果:前房积血I级者45眼(56.25%),积血吸收平均时间72 h/3 d,Ⅱ级者15眼(18.75%),积血吸收平均时间为120 h/5 d,Ⅲ级者20眼(25.0%),积血吸收平均时间为216 h/9 d。80眼前房积血75眼治愈,视力或纠正视力达1.0以上,治愈率93.75%。结论:复方樟柳碱治疗前房积血,积血吸收快,无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the effect of compound anisodine for hyphema. Method 80 patients with hyphema were treated in compound anisodine, and made observation in the time of hyphema absorbing and the condition of vision recover. Results The mean ab- sorbing time of hyphema I grade 45 eyes （ 56.25% ） were 72 h/3 d, 11 grade 15 eyes （ 18.75% ） were 120 h/5 d, Ⅲ grade 20 eyes （25.0%） were 216h/9 d. 75 eyes were cure in 80 eyes, and the vision or the correct vision were 1.0 more than,the cure rate was 93.75%. Conclusion Compound anisodine treats hyphema,it is fast in hematocele absorbing,and it is not obvious sideeffect.
