论教师工作动机理论模型的构建及思考

摘　　要：教师的工作动机是指引起教师教学活动,维持已引起的教学活动,并且引导使该教学活动趋向学校所设定的教学目标的内在心理历程。教师的教学对学生的学习过程、结果和质量都有影响。笔者试用自我决定理论、成就目标定向理论和期望价值理论,为教师工作动机创建不同的目标和行为模型,以期为教师工作动机理论研究开拓新途径。Teachers motivation to work is the cause of teaching activities and to maintain teaching activities, and guide to make the teaching activities tend to schools teaching objectives set by the internal psychological process. The teachers＇ teaching is affected students learning process, outcomes and quality. Try this self-determination theory, achievement goal orientation theory and expectation value theory,motivation for teachers to create different goals and behavioral models, in order for teachers to work motivation theory to explore new avenues.
