摘  要:"UAS"合作,即大学与中小学相互合作的模式,是20世纪80年代在教师专业化运动不断发展下产生的一种教师教育的人才培养方式,是对传统的、以大学为本的教师教育的一种超越和革新,是教师教育和培养在空间模式上的一大转变。当前,这一合作方式既焕发着勃勃生机,又面临着极大的困境。笔者立足"UAS"合作,以鞍山市南长甸小学为案例,指向"回归儿童生活世界的高效课堂的打造",通过确定合作主题、唤醒教师激情、统一关注焦点、锻造学校文化,实现大学与中小学两种文化、两个系统的合作共赢。UAS cooperation is the cooperation of university and elementary and secondary school. It is a talents training mode of the teacher specialization development in the 1980s. Compared with the traditional and university-oriented teachers' education,it is also transcendence, innovation and transformation in spatial pattern of teachers' education and training. At present,this cooperation is not only glowing with vitality,but also facing with great difficulties. This paper is based on UAS cooperation, taken Nan Changdian Primary School in Anshan as example, aimed to create a return to children's world and efficient class. Through ensuring the theme of cooperation, arousing teachers' enthusiasm, unifying the focus of attention, and creating the culture of school, this paper tries to achieve the cooperation and mutual benefits between the culture of university and elementary and secondary school in the two systems.
