摘　　要：基于国家创新系统理论,在国内外企业创新测度研究基础上,我们构建了企业技术创新监测指标体系,对2000—2012年我国企业技术创新进行了动态监测分析。实证分析结果发现,我国企业技术创新已经进入快速发展时期,企业技术创新能力大幅提高,在国家创新体系中的技术创新主体地位与主导作用不断加强,但同时数据结果还表明了我国企业R&D积极性下降、R&D结构严重失衡、国际竞争力弱等问题。Based on the research on enterprises innovation measure at home and abroad, this paper builds a technology innovation index of enterprises using the theory of national innovation system, and carries out a dynamic measuring analysis on technology innovation of enterprises from year 2000 to year 2012 in China. Empirical results show that： Technology innovation of enterprises in China has entered a period of rapid development ; Enterprise technology innovation ability have been greatly improved, technology innovation main body position and the leading role in the national innovation system continue to be strengthened. While, the results also show that enterprise R＆D initiative decline, structure of R＆D is imbalance and international competitiveness is still weak.
