低碳视角下信息资源对农业投入的替代效应分析

摘　　要：为了研究信息资源对农业投入的替代效应,选取农业产出、农民收入为因变量,以土地资源、信息资源、物质能源资源以及劳动力资源为自变量,构建基于投入-产出的替代效应结构方程模型,并选取2007—2011年我国31个省市自治区的面板数据进行实证分析。结果表明:农村信息资源与传统农业资源一样,是农业生产的重要投入要素,对农业产出具有显著的正效应,并对农民收入具有显著的正向影响;农村信息资源对农业投入存在一定的替代效应,其中对土地资源和劳动力资源的替代效应较显著,而对物质能源资源的替代效应并不明显。In order to research the substitution effect of information resources and agricultural inputs, this essay structures an agricul- tural inputs-outputs structural equation modeling by selecting total agricultural production, income of rural residents in different region as induced variables, choosing the land resources index, the information resources index, the agricultural inputs index based on the coefficient of carbon emission and the index of the rural labor force as independent variables and picking the 2007--2011 Panel data of 31 provinces and autonomous areas as sample to analyze. The results demonstrate that agricultural information resources, like traditional agricultural resources, being the essential input-factor of agricultural production, exert profoundly positive influence on total agricultur- al production and income of rural residents ; In the light of the definite amount of agricultural output, agricultural information resources indeed have to some extent substitution effect on agricultural inputs, compared with the significant substitution effect on agricultural land resource and the labor force input, the substitution effect is not obvious on physical-energy resources input.
