摘  要:体育器材是体育运动的硬件之一,是进行体育运动的物质保障。在聋人篮球比赛中,由于人的视线和视角的局限性,以及在紧张比赛情况下人的注意力难以分散,所以传统摇彩旗的方式很难及时暂停比赛。因此,常常出现在裁判员判罚之后,比赛仍然无法停止的现象,有些时候裁判员甚至进入场内阻止比赛继续进行,这不但影响了比赛节奏和比赛的流畅性,更对在激烈比赛中已经耗费大量体力的运动员在体能方面造成极大的浪费。运用无线遥控的基本原理,自行设计研发出一款为听力障碍者在篮球教学、训练、比赛中起到及时提示作用的遥控发光提示器,采用试验法对比赛用时、攻防回合数、裁判耗时等指标进行统计分析,以此来检验自制器材的性能和效果。通过问卷调查和访谈相结合的方式对运动员、教练员以及裁判员使用后的满意度进行调查。研究结果证明,在聋人篮球比赛中采用"遥控发光提示器"对提高比赛的流畅性、观赏性和公平性等方面都优于传统器材,但在器材的尺寸和材质方面还有待于做进一步的技术提升。另外,在访谈过程中运动员、教练员和裁判员针对自制器材提出的意见和建议,为拓展残障人体育器材研发的思路和模式提供了参考。Based on the principles of wireless controlling, a remote-controlled lighting indicator was created specially for deaf basketball players in their training and matches with the purpose of delivering timely information. The author adopted index of time limit, offensive rounds, referee time-consuming etc. for statistical analysis with the method of experimentation. Meanwhile, the authors conducted the investigation about athletes, coach and referees satisfaction of using equipment through combination of questionnaire and interview. It was proven that the equipment had better effects compared with traditional devices in terms of creating a fair competitive environment and better view for the audience, as well as reducing the down time during basketball matches. However, the equipment should be further technical upgraded on the size and material. Suggestions about the equipment mentioned by athletes, coaches and referees through interview provided the reference of thoughts and mode for R&D of disabled people sports facilities.
