摘 要:主要研究了分散库存模式下,存在服务水平影响的双渠道供应链库存控制策略问题。针对价格、服务水平以及渠道需求水平之间的相互关系,提出了需求影响系数的概念,参考相关文献对其表达形式进行了探究;在双渠道总需求随机分布的情况下,建立了包含需求影响系数的在线渠道以及传统渠道库存管理模型,在单位时间最大收益的目标下,对模型进行了求解,分别给出了零售商和制造商的最优订货批量,同时研究了双渠道供应链总体收益最大时的订货情况,证明虽然存在服务水平影响,但是在分散库存模式下,仍然遵从局部最优即整体最优的原则;进行了算例计算,表明本文的算法具有一定的可行性,也显示出需求影响系数的存在价值。The decentralized inventory control strategy is discussed for a dual-channel supply chain with a service level influence in this paper. First,the concept of demand influence coefficient is proposed according to the relationship among price,service level,and the demands in the channels. Then,the expression of demand influence coefficient is explored by analyzing the existing work in the literature. Then,under the condition that the aggregate demand in the dual-channel supply chain is randomly distributed,the inventory control models containing demand influence coefficient in the online and traditional channels are established. With the models,under the target of maximum gain in unit time,the expressions of the optimal order quantity of the manufacturer and retailer are presented. It proves that a local optimum obtained by the method can result in a global optimum in the decentralized supply chain in spite of the influence of service level. This implies that the proposed strategy can achieve the target of overall revenue maximization in the supply chain. Finally,numerical analysis is studied,which indicates that the algorithm can solve the problem effectively and demonstrates the value of demand influence coefficient.
