基于结构方程模型的供应链知识服务网络稳定性研究

摘　　要：为了研究供应链知识共享问题,从网络角度出发,以供应链知识服务网络为主要研究对象,研究影响其稳定性的主要因素。根据前续的研究,归纳出供应链知识服务网络稳定性的3个测度指标以及4个主要影响因素。利用结构方程模型方法,对实证数据进行处理,并对所建模型进行修正,给出了供应链知识服务网络稳定性影响因素模型。结果表明,网络因素、供应链因素及知识主体关系因素对供应链知识服务网络的稳定性有正向影响,知识主体因素对其有负向影响,稳定性中持久性测度指标最为重要,各影响因素的测度指标之间存在相关关系,其中可靠性水平对稳定性的影响程度最大。A knowledge service network in supply chain is probed for knowledge sharing in supply chains in the perspective of the network. First,based on the existing studies,three measurement indexs and four influence factors on the stability of the knowledge service network in supply chains are generalized. By analyzing and processing the empirical data with a structural equation model,the model is modified such that a stability influencing factor model for the knowledge service network in supply chain is established. Results show that the network,supply chain,and knowledge agent relation factors have positive impacts on the stability of the knowledge service network in supply chains,while the knowledge agent factor has negative impact on the stability. Perdurability is the most important factor of the stability. There are correlations between the factors,and the reliability factor exerts the greatest influence on the stability.
