摘  要:以超低碳贝氏体钢为研究对象,实验分析了不同终冷温度对该材料抗拉强度、屈服强度、屈强比的影响,并观察了不同终冷温度试样的显微组织。结合文献理论分析了终冷温度对钢显微组织的影响,从讨论了对实验钢力学性能影响机理。结果表明,实验钢伸长率随终冷温度的降低而降低,抗拉强度和屈服强度随着终冷温度的降低而升高。Taking low carbon bainitic steel as resea rch object, the influences of different final cooling temperature on the tensile strength, yield strength and yield ratio of the materials were analyzed by experiments, and the microstructure of different final cooling temperature were observed. The effects of final cooling temperature on the microstructure of the steel were analyzed combined with the literature theory, and the influence mechanism of final cooling temperature on the comprehensive mechanics performance was discussed. The results show that the experimental steel elongation with the final cooling temperature lower and lower, tensile strength and yield strength with the reduce of the final cooling temperature rises.
