摘  要:通过实验对比,在低压铸造模具中,采用金属材料制成的浇口套在受到高温铝液的冲刷后会变形和磨损,受铝液温度影响较大,波动大,并且难以调节铸造工艺;而采用陶瓷材料制成的浇口套具有耐高温、耐腐蚀等优点,在铸件凝固过程中的补缩产生积极作用,提高了产品的生产效率和成品率,而且改善了材料的利用率和延长了其寿命。Through the experimental comparison, sprue pushes which made by metal happened deformation and wear after erosion of high temperature molten aluminum in the low pressure casting mold, and the temperature of molten aluminum has greatly effect on it, so it is difficult to adjust casting process. If ceramic were used to make sprue pushes, it will have advantages of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, positive effect in the process of feeding in casting solidification. The production efficiency and rate of finished products were increased significantly, but also the utilization rate of materials and service life of products were improved greatly.
