摘　　要：目的:探讨囊性肾癌的MSCT及MRI表现,旨在提高囊性肾癌的影像学诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的14例囊性肾癌患者的CT及MRI表现。结果:囊性肾癌14例,其中多房型9例,单房型5例。有壁结节者6例,无壁结节者8例;壁及分隔厚薄不均匀者12例,囊壁光滑者2例。增强扫描囊壁、分隔及壁结节明显或中度强化。结论:囊性肾癌的CT及MRI表现具有一定特征性,在肾囊性病变的诊断及鉴别诊断中有较大临床应用价值。Objective：To discuss the CT and MRI features of cystic renal carcinomas .To impove the imaging diagnosis of cystic renal carcinomas .Methods ：On the operation and pathology in 14 cases of cystic renal cell carcinoma CT and MRI images were analyzed retrospectively .Results：14 cases of cystic renal cell carcinoma ,multiple chamber in 9 cases ,5 cases of single chamber . One mural nodules in 6 cases ,no mural nodules in 8 cases ,wall and partition of uneven thickness in 12 cases ,2 cases of cyst wall smooth .Conclusion：The cystic renal carcinoma CT and MRI manifestation has certain characteristics ,cystic lesions in the diag-nosis and differential diagnosis of great clinical application value .
