摘 要:目的:探讨几种MR成像序列对显示腮腺、导管的优劣以及对腮腺疾病导管系统的变化进行观察。方法:对25例健康志愿者和10例腮腺疾病患者进行腮腺区域常规MRI扫描后,利用IR-FSE、3DFRFSE-XL、3DCUBE T2WI 3种序列进行腮腺管水成像,对得到的图像进行后处理,然后对其各自显示腮腺导管及其分支的效果进行评比。结果:IRFSE显示健康正常志愿者腮腺导管22例,3D-FRFSE-XL为25例,3D-CUBE-T2WI为24例,3种序列显示腮腺疾病患者导管的例数分别为8例、10例、8例。IR-FSE、3D-FRFSE-XL背景组织较少,IR-FSE可显示主导管和二级导管,3DFRFSE-XL经重建后可显示主导管、二级导管和三级导管且导管显示平滑,图像信噪比高,3D-T2WI经重建后可显示主导管和二级导管,且可显示腮腺导管腺体的关系以及腮腺病变侵及腮腺、导管的范围。结论:三种序列均能较好地显示腮腺导管,但各自有优势,对腮腺疾病的诊断具有重要意义。Objective:To assess the quality of the imaging and observe the changes of the parotid duct in the parotid gland diseases using different sequences of MR sialography. Methods: 25 normal volunteers and 10 patients with parotid gland diseases underwent MR sialography using FSE IR, 3D FRFSE XL,and 3D CUBE T2WI sequences after common MR scanning,and the images were reconstructed to compare the quality of using different sequences. Results:22 eases of parotid duets of normal volunteers and 8 cases of the patients with parotid gland diseases were shown by using FSE-IR sequence; 25 eases and 10 eases by 3D FRFSE-XL; 24 eases and 8 cases by 3D CUBE T2 WI. There were few background tissues by using FSE-IR and 3D FRFSE XL,FSE-IR can display the main parotid duct and its second degree branches, 3D FRFSE-XL can clearly display the main parotid duct and its second and third degree branches with high SNR after reconstruction. 3D CUBE T^Wl can display the main parotid duct and its second degree branches and the relationship between parotid gland and pa- rotid duct and invasion of the diseases. Conclusion:Three different sequences can clearly display the parotid duct with each having its own advantage,offering great guidelines for diagnosis and clinical treatment of the parotid gland diseases.
