摘  要:目的:研究牙移动后牙槽裂隙两侧破骨细胞核因子κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)和骨保护素(OPG)的表达和作用.方法:选用4只4月龄雄性Beagle犬建立牙槽裂模型,正畸牵引裂隙两侧牙齿向裂隙区移动,实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(real-time PCR)检测裂隙两侧牙槽骨中RANKL和OPG mRNA的表达水平.结果:正畸牵引16~20周后,牙槽裂间隙缩小以至关闭,原裂隙处有新骨生成.裂隙两侧牙槽骨中RANKL和OPG mRNA表达增加.结论:牙槽裂两侧牙齿受正畸牵引后,RANKL与OPG参与骨重建,裂隙处骨改建活跃.此方法为修复牙槽裂提供新的思路.Objective:To study the expression and role of receptor activator of NF-κB ligand (RANKL) and osteoprotegerin (OPG) in alveolar cleft when teeth moving towards defect area.Method:An animal model of alveolar cleft was established in 4 male Beagle dogs of 4 months old.With/Under orthodontic force,teeth beside the defect moved towards each other.Real-time PCR was used to detect the expression of RANKL and OPG mRNA in alveolar bone adjacent to the defect.Result:After 16~20 w orthodontic treatment,bone defect was narrowed and even closed,and bone formation was observed in this area.The expression of RANKL and OPG mRNA in alveolar bone adjacent to the defect was increased.Conclusion:RANKL and OPG play an important role in bone remodeling during orthodontic tooth movement to repair alveolar bone cleft.This study provide a new method of alveolar cleft treatment.
