小型下颌后退位板在前牙反矫治中的应用

摘　　要：目的:在前牙反牙合矫治中应用一种小型下颌后退位牙合板后退下颌,评价其矫治AngleⅢ类功能性-轻、中度骨性前牙反牙合病例的临床应用效果。方法:应用小型下颌后退位牙合板治疗反牙合328例。在打开咬合的同时后退下颌,同时粘固上下颌托槽进行排齐整平。结果:患者侧貌在戴用后退位牙合板后明显改善,下颌的有效后退使反牙合的矫治变得简单化,治疗时间较传统矫治明显缩短。远期随访疗效肯定。结论:小型下颌后退位牙合板适用于下颌可适度后退的前牙反牙合病例,可快速矫治前牙反牙合。是较固定反式TBA联合前牵引更为理想的装置,结构更小巧,制作更简便,更适用于临床应用。Objective：A small backward mandibular occlusal plate was applied to treat anterior crossbite,back mandible moderatly,and evaluate clinical effect of its correction Angle m Functional-mild or moderate bone anterior crossbite.Method：328 cases crossbite were treated by this small backward mandibular occlusal plate in 8 years of clinical application.The occlusion was opened and at the same time the mandible was back,while the dentition was changed.Result：Profile form of patients was improved significantly after wearing backward occlusal plate,it becomes simplified because of mandible back about anti-occlusal appliance,the time was significantly shorter to compare with ordinary dental treatment.Long-term effective was sure.Conclusion：The small backward mandibular occlusal plate was applied to a modest retreat mandibular anterior crossbite patients.It was played a multiplier effect and quicken correction of anterior crossbite.Compared to the modified fixed reverse twin block combine maxillary protraction,it is relatively more desirable appliance,and making it easier and more suitable for clinical use.
