乳腺癌组织中MFG-E8和ER表达的相关性及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨乳脂肪球表皮生长因子8蛋白(milk fat globule EGF factor 8,MFG-E8)和雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)在乳腺癌组织中表达的相关性及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测54例乳腺癌和癌旁乳腺组织中MFG-E8和ER的表达水平,并对二者的进行相关性分析。结果 MFG-E8、ER在乳腺癌中的阳性率均高于其在癌旁乳腺组织中的阳性率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。54例乳腺癌中,MFG-E8与ER的表达均与组织学分级有关(P=0.000,P=0.002)。MFG-E8和ER在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈正相关(rs=0.424,P=0.001)。结论 MFG-E8和ER高表达与乳腺癌的发展有关,联合检测MFG-E8、ER的表达可为乳腺癌预后的判断及靶向治疗提供实验依据。Purpose To discuss the correlation of expression level between milk fat globule EGF factor 8 （ MFG-E8 ） and estrogen re- ceptor （ER） in breast cancer tissue and its clinical significance. Methods Expression of MFG-E8, ER was detected in 54 cases of breast cancer tissue by immunohistochemistry SP method. Results The positive rate of expression in breast cancer was higher than those in the tissues near breast cancer. The difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. Of 54 cases of breast cancer, there was significant correlation between MFG-E8 and ER expression and histological grade （ P 〈 0. 000, P = 0. 002 ）. Positive correlation was observed between the expression of MFG-E8 and ER in breast cancer （r = 0. 424, P = 0. 001 ）. Conclusion The expression of MFG- E8 and ER in the breast cancer are correlated with the development of breast cancer. Combined detecting of their expression can provide experimental basis to be used for the prognostic judgment and targeted therapy of breast cancer.
