气相色谱法在家具车间VOC检测中的应用

摘　　要：家具车间释放大量VOC,严重影响空气质量及工人的身体健康。通过研究车间大气采样的方法、气相色谱仪的参数控制原理、标准曲线制定方法及实验误差校正方法,将气相色谱法应用于家具车间内VOC释放浓度的检测,并对整套方法的实验结果精确度进行验证。实验结果表明,该方法可用于检测家具车间内释放的VOC组分及浓度,且检测结果精确度高。笔者结合大气采样仪一气相色谱仪的操作方法,提出气相色谱法在家具车间VOC检测中的参数控制与检测技术,对家具行业及类似工业车间VOC检测及后期处理与控制有重要参考价值。VOC in furniture workshop affect the air quality and health of workers seriously. The gas chromatography was applied to detect the concentration of VOC in the furniture workshop through studying the method of air sampling, the parameter control principle of gas chromatograph, the method of making standard curve, and the experimental error correction, as well as the verification of the precision of the experimental results. The experimental results show that gas chromatography can be used to detect the VOC＇ s components and concentration in the furniture workshop with high accuracy. Combined with atmospher- ic sampling instrument and gas chromatography operation method, the paper proposed the parameter con- trol and detection technique of gas chromatography in the furniture workshop, which has important reference values to the VOC detection and post handling and control in furniture industry workshop and other similar industrial workshop.
