摘 要:目的探讨计算机辅助外科在获得性颌面骨不对称畸形矫治手术中的应用效果。方法 19例获得性颌面骨不对称畸形患者分为3组,第一组6例,采用medpor假体术中修剪后直接植入;第二组6例,术前通过计算机辅助设计和制造获得三维头颅模型,手术中依据头颅模型对medpor假体进行修剪,然后植入;第三组7例,通过计算机辅助设计的镜像技术设计制作出个性化纯钛假体,手术时植入。比较手术时间,评估畸形矫治效果。结果 19例获得性颌面骨不对称畸形的患者面容恢复良好,患者均满意。第三组较第二组、第二组较第一组,手术时间明显缩短,组间比较均具有显著性差异。结论计算机辅助外科技术对获得性颌面骨不对称畸形的矫治,能够缩短手术时间,确保矫治的精度,提高手术的安全性,是一种值得推广和提倡的手术方案。Objective To investigate the results of computer-assisted surgery in acquired maxillofaeial asymmetry correction surgery. Methods Nineteen cases of acquired maxillofacial asymmetry patients were divided into three groups, group one (6 cases) : medpor after pruning was implanted; group two (6 cases): head models were designed and manufactured by computer-aided surgery, medpor was pruned based on head model and then implanted; group three (7 cases): individualized titanium implants were designed and manufactured by computer-aided surgery and then implanted. The operation time was recorded and the effect of the treatment evaluated and compared. Results All the 19 acquired maxillofacial deformities patients were satisfied with the results. The operation time was the shortest in group three and shorter in group two than in group one. The time difference was significant among the three groups. Conclusion Computer-aided surgery can shorten the operation time, ensure the accuracy of treatment and improve the safety of surgery.
