摘 要:为了达到现代化城镇道路交通系统的抗震减灾目标,依据网络可靠性分析理论,以新疆新兴城市北屯市的道路交通网络模型为研究对象,采用道路单元可靠性分析方法,分析了北屯市现有道路的抗震可靠现状,并在此基础上采用蒙特卡罗随机模拟技术,以医疗救护系统连通可靠度为评价指标,计算了不同烈度下交通网络中各个节点与医疗救护点间的连通可靠度,找出了城市交通网络系统中存在的薄弱环节,并有针对性地提出了一些建议,可为北屯市道路交通系统的防震减灾规划提供参考。In order to achieve modernization of urban road traffic system and seismic mitigation targets,based on the theory of network reliability analysis,the road traffic network model of Beitun agricultural city in Xinjiang emerging city as the research object,using the road unit reliability analysis method,the current situation of the existing road traffic and reliable of Beitun agricultural market was analysed.On this basis,using the Monte Carlo stochastic simulation technology to medical aid system connectivity reliability as the evaluation index,the transportation network was calculated under the different intensity of various nodes and medical point between the connected reliability,the weak links that exist in the city network system was found out, and some opinions and suggestions to provide reference for Beitun seismic mitigation was planning put forward.
