摘 要:目的研究不同材料对高嵌体边缘适合性的影响。方法选取1颗离体上颌第一磨牙行高嵌体牙体预备,双重印模法取模,翻制30个相同尺寸的超硬石膏代型。再将这30个代型分成3组分别制作钴铬瓷高嵌体、聚合瓷高嵌体和CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体各10个,然后用树脂加强型玻璃离子将高嵌体与石膏代型粘固。将各标本沿近远中向剖开,每个标本选择7个典型位点在体视显微镜下观察并测量高嵌体与代型之间的间隙。结果钴铬瓷组的平均间隙值约(59.50±25.18)μm,聚合瓷组的平均间隙值约(48.06±17.58)μm,CAD/CAM全瓷组的平均间隙值约(58.37±21.28)μm,均在适合范围内。组间两两比较可见,全瓷组与钴铬瓷组间无统计学差异(P>0.05),两者均与聚合瓷组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论不同材料对高嵌体适合性有影响,3种材料均能满足高嵌体适合性要求,以聚合瓷高嵌体边缘适合性最佳。Objective To study the influence of different materials on marginal adaptation of onlays. Methods One maxillary first molar was prepared for onlays and one negative impression was made with double-impression method. 30 super-hard gypsum casts were fabricated from it and then divided into three groups:10 models for Co-Cr Porcelain onlays, 10 models for polymer ceramic onlays and 10 models for CAD/CAM pro-cessed all-ceramic onlays. Each onlay was bonded to each plaster cast with resin-reinforced glass ionomer. The specimens were dissected along the mesial and distal surfaces of the casts. 7 typical sites were chosen for every specimen, and the marginal gap between onlay margin and plaster cast was observed under a stereomicroscope. Results The mean marginal gap was respectively (59.50±25.18)μm for of Co-Cr Porcelain onlays, (48.06± 17.58)μm for the Polymer ceramic onlays,and (58.37±21.28)μm for the CAD/CAM onlays. These data were within the normal range. Comparing the data from three groups by multiple comparison test, there was a sta-tistically significant difference between each group (P=0.003〈0.05) . Comparing between two groups, there were no statistically significant difference between the CAD/CAM group and the Co-Cr Porcelain onlays group, while the marginal gap of these two groups were significantly different from the Polymer ceramic group. Conclusion The marginal fit of onlays varied with different materials;all three materials can meet the requirements of onlays and the Polymer ceramic onlays showed the best effect of marginal fit.
