摘　　要：本文应用经济学外部性理论分析了地方高校在创业教育过程中产生的正外部性及由此导致地方高校创业教育存在的问题。根据解决外部性问题的经济学方法,提出地方政府应从建立完善创业教育支持政策体系、完善对地方高校创业教育金融支持体系及营造良好创业文化环境等几个方面对高校创业教育进行补贴,实现地方经济发展与高校创业教育共同发展。Applying the theory of externality in economics, this paper analyzed externalities of entrepreneurship educa- tion in local colleges and universities and the problems in entrepreneurship education causing by externalities. According to approaches to solve the problem of externalities in economic, this paper has proposed that the local government should offer subsidies on entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities by establishing a perfect policy system, improving the local financial support system and creating a good business cuhural environment to achieve common devel- opment of local economic and the entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities.
