摘  要:价值创造是白酒产业发展的核心动力,价值创造方式与产业结构、市场结构的匹配度,直接关系着产业价值创造能力和发展程度。从白酒产业价值链角度出发,对白酒产业价值链结构、价值创造方式进行分析评价,归纳总结其优势及不足,并指出未来白酒产业价值创新导向和推进创新的基础条件。Value creation is the core driving force for the development of liquor-making industry.The matching degree of value creation modes and industrial structure and market structure is directly concerned with value creation capacity and its development levels.In this paper,the structure of liquor-making industry value chain,and its value creation modes were analyzed and evaluated from the perspective of the value chain of liquor-making industry.Both the advantages and the disadvantages were summed up,and the innovation directions of liquor-making industrial value creation in the future and the basic conditions for those innovations were put forward.
