对新《安规》关于停用重合闸条款的学习与探讨

摘　　要：新发布执行的《电力安全工作规程》关于停用重合闸的条款,与老的《电业安全工作规程》相比有很大的进步,但仍有两种必须停用重合闸或直流再启动装置的情况没有提及,如出现这两种情况提出要停用重合闸或直流再启动装置便失去了强制性要求的依据,从而留下了安全隐患。建议在适当的时侯予以补充。The clause of disabling the reclosing in the new published ＂Safety Code of Electric Power Industry＂ has great improvement comparing with the old one. But two situations that must disable the reclosing or DC restart device are not mentioned. The Request of disabling the reclosing or DC restart device will lose their evidence when two situations above happens,which will leave the security potential danger. It is suggested that theses should be added in proper time.
