基于云计算的高校教学联合体建设探讨

摘　　要：建立高校教学联合体,是深化教学改革实现教育现代化的重要举措,也是加强优质教育资源建设、推进教育创新的重要途径,而云计算技术为解决建立教学联合体过程中遇到的教育资源建设和利用等方面问题提供了新的解决思路。阐述了云计算的相关概念和特点,分析了高校教学联合体建设的内涵和意义,提出了在云计算环境下高校教学联合体建设的模式和基本框架。考虑我国高校间的合作尚处于初级阶段,在整合的同时还要尽量保证各高校体制上的独立性,从政策和技术方面考虑,现阶段构建基于云计算的高校教学联合体较适合采用"联合体中高校建立各自独立的云平台,通过建立教学联合体门户网站进行访问,在实现教学资源共享的前提下,较大程度地保持各高校网络的独立性"这一种模式。Constructing teaching consortium in universities and colleges is not only an important measure to deepen teaching reform and realize education modernization,but also an important channel to strengthen the construction of high quality education resources and promote education innovation.This paper elaborates relevant concepts and characteristics of cloud computing technology,analyzes the connotation and meaning of teaching consortium construction in universities and colleges and puts forward a mode and basic framework of constructing teaching consortium in universities and colleges in a cloud computing environment.Considering the intercollegiate cooperation in China is still at the initial stage,the independence of each university system should be ensured during the integrating process.In terms of policy and technology,a mode of'constructing individual cloud platform in universities by building teaching consortium and ensuring the network independence of each university on the premise of sharing teaching resources'is better suited to the construction of computing-based teaching consortium in universities and colleges
