“阳光体育”发展瓶颈的原因及应对策略探究

摘　　要："阳光体育"的目的是为了给广大青年学生提供体育锻炼的平台和机会,提高学生体育运动意识,增强学生体质。而在应试教育体制下,学校关注的是升学率,家长关注的是孩子的成绩,在这种双重压力下,学生只会并且只能一味的学习。而学校对体育运动认知的欠缺以及对体育功能的漠视,使得体育课程的开设形同虚设,学生的健康因此而被忽视,"阳光体育"的发展遇到了种种问题。为此,分析了"阳光体育"发展瓶颈的各种原因,包括家庭、学校、生活方式以及环境等各方面,并针对这些原因提出了相应得应对措施:要大力宣传"阳光体育"精神,转变人们的观念;要改变学生现有生活方式;学校要创造良好的体育氛围。The purpose of the sunshine sports is to provide the opportunity of sports training and platform for the extensive young people,which can promote the sports consciousness and increase the physique for the students.Under the exam-oriented educational pressure,schools are seeking for proportion of admission into higher schools and the parents pay a close attention to the academic records,the students can only pay attention to their study.Without valuing the function of the sports,it does not carry out the PE curriculums seriously and neglects the health of the students in the school education.For the above reasons,study shows that there have so many problems in the development of the sunshine sports.Hence,it analyzes the reasons of developmental bottleneck in the sunshine sports,including family,schools lifestyle and environment et.According to the reasons,some corresponding measures are put forward to widely propagandize the spirit of the sunshine sports,transform the conception of the sports training,change the current life-style of the students,bring about sports training atmosphere in the schools.
