摘　　要：高校作为我国主要的科研力量之一,承担了大量科研任务,部分科研任务完成后由于用户需求少造成企业生产无效益或技术难度大短时无法在企业工程化生产等原因,高校担负向用户提供小批量产品的任务。针对高校开展生产活动如何控制产品质量这一问题,在分析高校生产活动特点的基础上,围绕生产过程中的"人员、设备、原料、规程、环境、检测"六要素条件的配置,探讨高校开展生产活动进行质量控制管理的策略。As a very important part of the national research system,the colleges and universities take a lot of national scien-tific research task. The universities should supply small batch products to the user after completion of some projects becauseof low demand or difficulty in manufacturing enterprise. In order to control the product quality of universities, the paper ana-lyzed the characteristics of producing activities in university, and introduced how to implement of ＂Man, Machine, Material,Method, Measurement, Environment＂ in universities, and discussed the quality control methods of producing activities in u-niversities.
