关于修改大蒜产品相关标准的建议分析

摘　　要：美国、英国及欧盟的药典规定,大蒜作为药品、替代药品、食品补充剂或饲料添加剂的原料,以蒜氨酸或大蒜辣素作为鉴别和含量测定的对照品。而我国的国家药典、食品添加剂及饲料添加剂等大蒜相关标准使用化学合成的二烯丙基三硫醚(大蒜素)作为质量指标,对我国的食品和药品安全构成严重威胁。因此,应该尽快纠正、废除国家药典标准、食品标准及农业部行业标准中大蒜产品相关标准,发挥大蒜应有的作用。The garlic is the raw material for medicines, alternative medicines, food supplements or feed additives in USP, EP and BP, and with the allicin or alliin as the reference substance for identification and determination. Whereas, it is used dially trisulfide （allitricin） as the quality indicators in the relevant standards of the national pharmacopoeia, food additives and feed additives in China. It also leads a serious threat for China＇s food and drug safety. Therefore, we should be corrected or repealed the relevant standards as soon as possible, and play its due role of the garlic.
