构建高校良好学风长效建设机制的探究

摘　　要：学风是一所学校的气质和灵魂,优良的学风对于营造育人环境,展现学校形象,培养高素质人才有着至关重要的作用。近年来,我国高校一直在扩大招生,高校的学风建设出现了一些问题。鉴于此,在调查高校学风现状的基础上,提出了进一步加强学风建设的建议和实施策略,以期进一步促进人才培养和教育质量的提高。Study style is the temperament and soul of a school. The fine study style plays an important role in shaping the educa- tional environment, presenting the image of the school, and cultivating high quality talents. In recent years, China＇s universities have been expanding enrollment, and some problems arise in the construction of academic atmosphere. Hence, the paper investigated the status of college study style and proposed the suggestions and strategies to strengthen the construction of study style in order to further improve the talent cultivation quality and education quality.
