广州市大学生对基本医疗保险制度的认知与满意度调查

摘　　要：目的:了解大学生对基本医疗保险制度的认知程度、满意程度和影响满意度的因素。方法:采用随机整群抽样的方法选取广州地区4所高校进行问卷调查。结果:大学生总体参保率不足90%;48.3%的学生对大学生医疗保险基本不了解;城镇户籍的学生对医疗保险的总体满意度高于农村户籍的学生;年级越高,满意度越低;经济来源于父母或亲戚的参保学生总体满意度最高,经济来源主要为兼职的参保学生满意度最低;对医保政策的知晓程度与满意度呈正相关关系。结论:大学生对医疗保险的认知程度与满意度普遍偏低,政府应加大宣传力度、改进政策、简化报销和转诊程序,并提高待遇水平,从而吸引更多学生参保。Objective：To understand the knowledge and the satisfaction attitude of the undergraduate and the factors influencing satisfaction in Guangzhou.Methods：Selected four universities with cluster random sampling method,and a questionnaire survey was carried out among the students.Results：Among the students,the coverage of basic medical insurance for urban residents was less than 90％ ; 48.3％ of the students don＇t understand the basic medical insurance;satisfaction was decreasing by the growth of grade; satisfaction of the students whose incomes came from parents were higher than those who lived by themselves; perceptions of medical insurance policy was positively related to the satisfaction.Conclusion：Undergraduate cognition and satisfaction of medical insurance are generally low,thegovernment should intensify propaganda,improve policies,simplify reimbursement and referral program,improve the level of treatment,and attract more students join.
