摘　　要：治未病是中医思想体系中的最重要的预防、治疗观点之一。音乐疗法是运用音乐特有的生理、心理效应,达到消除心理障碍,恢复或增进身心健康目的的一种治疗方法。分析近年有关音乐疗法文献,认为音乐疗法是一种良好的预防保健方法,蕴含丰富的治未病思想,将音乐疗法运用于未病状态,使机体由亚健康状态重新恢复至健康。深入研究音乐疗法中的治未病思想,能扩大中医治未病范围和手段,以达到治病、保健、康复等目的。The view of treating before patient has not gotten sick is one of the most important prevention, treatment thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine in view of ideological system. Music therapy is the use of physiological, psychological effect of music unique, to eliminate the psychological barriers, restore or enhance a treatment for health purposes. Music therapy is a good preventive health care, containing rich thought of preventive treatment of disease by analysis of recent literature of music therapy, and the music therapy applied in the preventive treatment of disease is safe and effective. Further study of music therapy in the thought of preventive treatment of disease, can expand the scope and method of treating before the disease occurrence, so to cure the disease, health care, rehabilitation and other objective.
