摘 要:研究了甲烷细菌在猪粪、稻草、空心莲子草、水葫芦、酒糟等不同基质中的发酵产气效果。结果表明:甲烷细菌在各种基质中,发酵前后的pH值没有显著变化,且在不同基质中,其获得所需要营养的能力不同。在相同条件下,不同基质中气体的释放速度和释放量有区别;产气量的大小顺序依次为稻草>水葫芦>空心莲子草>猪粪>酒糟。发酵温度对总产气量有影响。The study investigated the gas production effects of methane bacteria in different base materials, including pig feces, rice straw, alligator alternanthera, water hyacinth,and vinasse. The results showed: that as for the methane bacteria in all kinds of base materials, the pH value did not change signiifcantly before and after the fermentation,and the methane bacteria’s ability of obtaining nutrition differs in different base materials. Under the same condition, the release rate and quantity of the total gas have distinctions in different base materials; in terms of the release quantity, these base materials follow the sequence of rice straw〉water hyacinth〉alligator alternanthera〉pig feces〉vinasse. The fermentation temperature has an effect on the total volume of gas output.
