清热滋阴明目汤联合抗病毒西药综合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的新方法。方法:选择自2002年3月至2011年10月开滦总医院及开滦总医院赵各庄医院诊治的单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者336例(348眼),随机分为两组,第一组171例(179眼),进行自拟清热滋阴明目汤联合西医抗病毒药物的综合治疗方法;第二组165例(169眼),单纯应用西医抗病毒药物的治疗方法;观察疗效,进行对比研究。结果:清热滋阴明目汤联合西医抗病毒药物的综合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎总疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗(P<0.05),其中感染性角膜上皮炎疗效优于其它两型,并且治疗初发HSK疗效优于复发HSK。结论:清热滋阴明目汤联合西医抗病毒药物的综合治疗各型HSK疗效明显优于单用西药。Objective： To explore the new method of combining the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis of traditional Chi- nese medicine and western medicine. Methods ： From March 2002 to October 2011, 336 cases of herpes simplex virus keratitis patients （348 eyes） in Kailuan general hospital and Kailuan Zhaogezhuang hospital of general hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the first group of 171 cases （179 eyes） were treated by Qinre Ziyin Mingmu Decoction combined with western medicine antiviral drug method; the second group of 165 patients （ 169 eyes）, simple applicated western medicine of antiviral drugs; observing the clinical effect, comparative study was done between the two groups. Results ： The total curative effect of combined therapy of HSK and Qinre Ziyin Mingmu Decoction combined with western medicine antiviral drugs was better than pure western medicine therapy （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the infection of the cornea and dermatitis was superior to the other two types, and the treatment of primary HSK was more effective than recurrence HSK. Conclusion ： The effect of combined therapy of Qinre Ziyin Mingmu Decoction combined with western medicine antiviral agents various types of HSK is better than single western medicine.
