促髓生血汤在胃癌术后化疗中的骨髓功能保护作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察促髓生血汤在胃癌术后化疗中的骨髓功能保护作用。方法:将随机抽取的符合研究标准的104例胃癌患者随机分为两组,其中实验组54例,对照组50例,期间两组分别给予静脉化疗2个周期,实验组在化疗期间同时接受口服促髓生血汤治疗,观察两组患者在近期疗效、生活质量评分、化疗期间患者骨髓功能抑制的情况。结果:进行到第2个化疗周期,实验组II至III度出现骨髓功能抑制的患者占20.3%,对比低于对照组(46.7%),两组统计学差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。实验组与对照组的生存质量评分比较,下降出现缓慢,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:口服促髓生血汤能够有效保护胃癌术后化疗中患者的骨髓功能,缓解化疗后的骨髓抑制,保证胃癌化疗的顺利进行,改善生存质量。Objective ： To investigate the protective effect of Cusui Shengxue Decoction on bone marrow function in postoperative chemotherapy of gastric cancer. Methods： Randomly divided 104 cases of patients with gastric cancer research standards with randomly into two groups, including 54 cases in the experimental group, 50 cases in the controlled group, two groups were given intravenous chemotherapy for two cycles, the experimental group received oral promoting marrow blood decoction treatment during chemotherapy, investigated the quality of life of patients in the two groups curative effect in the near future, score, during chemotherapy in patients with gastrointestinal reaction and bone marrow inhibition of. Results： The experiment group Ⅱto Ⅲdegree suppression of bone marrow function accounted for 20. 3% of patients, compared to lower than that of the controlled group （46. 7% ） , significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Compared to second cycles of chemotherapy, quality of life scores of the experimental group and the controlled group, decreased slowly, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Orally taking Cusui Shengxue Decoction can effectively protect the gastric cancer patients after chemotherapy inbone marrow function, release solution treatment after bone marrow inhibition chemotherapy of gastric cancer, ensure smooth.
