摘　　要：目的:总结目前治疗中风后失语的多种临床疗法,分析针灸治疗中风后失语的不足及发展前景。方法:收集整理近10年中医治疗中风后失语的相关文献,并对其进行分析总结。结果:在过去10年的临床研究中单纯用一种方式治疗中风后失语逐渐显露出其不足的一面,进而越来越多的学者开始注重多种医疗手段相结合治疗中风后失语的研究,如针药结合、针灸结合康复以及新疗法等,均取得了满意疗效。结论:针灸治疗中风后失语疗效确切,但单纯针灸治疗中风后失语仍存在不足,针灸与多种医疗措施综合应用将为中风后失语的治疗带来新的进展。Objective： By summarizing several current clinical treatments of post-stroke aphasia, this thesis aims to analysis the shortcomings and prospects of the acupuncture treatment of post-stroke aphasia. Methods： Literature regarding traditional Chinese medicine treatments of post-stroke aphasia was collected, followed by analysis and summary. Results ： During the clinical research of past ten years, the shortcomings of applying mouo therapy for the treatment of post-stroke aphasia had gradually become apparent. Currently, an increasing number of scholars had shifted to research combined therapies. For instance, treatments which combined acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture with rehabilitation as well as new therapies had obtained satisfactory curative effect. Conclusion： Although acupuncture treatment of post-stroke aphasia is effective, simple acupuncture therapy is still insufficient. The combination of acupuncture and other measures has been applied in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia will definitely bring a new progress.
