摘  要:针对区域水资源配置综合评判中各指标的模糊性和不确定性,将信息论中的熵值理论应用于区域水资源配置综合评判决策中,建立了包括社会经济、生态环境和水资源利用三个方面共12个评判指标的综合评判指标体系,并建立了基于熵权的区域水资源配置模糊综合评判决策模型。最后以某市水资源配置为例,进行模糊综合评判决策实证研究,评判结果比较客观,比较符合实际。Based on fuzziness and uncertainty of the indexes in the comprehensive assessment for regional water resources allocation, the entropy theory was applied for the comprehensive assessment and index system with 12 indexes was built,including social economy,ecological environment and utilization of water resources. Moreover,the fuzzy and comprehensive decision-making model was proposed for allocation of regional water resources in terms of entropy theory. In particular,the proposed model to the water allocation was studied in some city. The results showed that the proposed scheme was more objective and realistic.
