摘　　要：①太阳病从整体上可以分为经证、腑证、兼证、类证和变证五大类,而太阳经证又分为寒证(伤寒、中风、风湿),热证(温病、中暍)两大类。②寒热在骨髓,在皮肤,与真寒假热、真热假寒表现截然不同,其区别在于:寒热的概念不同;寒热的程度不同;寒热的范围不同;寒热的感觉不同。③发于阳、发于阴是指感受邪气的性质,也是患者最初始症状的发生因素。结合太阳表证的病证分类,发于阳是感受风热暑气,发于阴是感受风寒湿邪,是通过对疾病初起表证阶段的症状表现,反过去推测受邪性质,并将发病归结为两大类,这种病因和发病归类的方法,能够执简驭繁,提示我们,从发热恶寒的有无即可简单地判断所感受邪气的性质。（1） Sun disease can be divided by a whole card, bowel syndrome, and permits, certificates and class change card five categories, and the sun was divided into cold syndrome syndrome （ typhoid fever, stroke, rheumatoid ）, heat syndrome （ febrile disease, in Ye ） two categories. （2） cold and heat in the bone marrow, skin, and winter really hot, really hot fake cold performance of different, their differences ： different concepts of cold and heat ; varying degrees of heat and cold; different ranges of heat and cold ; cold and feel different. （3） hair in the sun, made in the shade is the nature of evil feelings, but also factors for most patients the initial symptoms. Combined with the sun＇s Syndrome classification table card,made to feel the wind in the sun is hot heat,made in the shade is the feeling of the wind cold dampness evil,is prima facie evidence by the early stages of the disease symptoms, presumably by the evil nature of the anti-past, and the incidence of boils down to two categories, this etiology and pathogenesis classification method,it is possible to perform Jane Yu Fan, reminds us that the nature of evil from fever,chills simply wrong to judge the feelings.
