摘　　要：燥为自然界六气之一,属于常气,禀"肃降收敛"特性,秋天为其所主。燥气起于秋,燥气有余或停留时间过长就会出现"岁阳明在泉,燥淫所胜,则雾霿(天色昏暗)清瞑"。肾气通于冬天,又在时刻维持着全身的活动。当冬天收敛过度,肾气就会内敛内郁,达到极点就会出现病理表现使人难以忍受。肾者主水,受五脏六腑之精而藏之,化成肾中阳气阴津升腾滋润于上下内外。一旦燥邪侵袭于肾,或肺气肃降收敛太过,导致肾中阳气和津液内收而郁滞不能正常宣发,造成内蓄于水外现皮肤皴揭之燥象。治疗方法要运用辛以宣通气机,透达三焦腠理。Dry natural gas is one of the six, the permanent gas, intrinsic ＂Su-down convergence＂ feature, fall to their owners. Kidney through the winter,and maintain the body at the moment of activity. When convergence over the winter, will he restrained in the kidney Yu, reached the pole appears pathology makes unbearable. Kidney donors main water, fine organs governed by the possession of,into the kidney yin yang rising moisture in Tianjin and down outside. Once dry evil invasion in the kidney, or lung Su-down convergence too ,leading to kidney yang and stagnation in the body fluid can not he closed and properly declared fat, resulting in the accumulation of water outside the existing mortgage of dry skin, chapped like. The therapeutic method should use natural treatments to declare ventilator, through up triple energizer and muscle and viscus.
