全瓷贴面在前牙美学区的应用前景及潜在风险

摘　　要：随着人们生活水平、审美标准及科技水平的提高,患者对于前牙修复的目标不仅局限于功能方面,而更多的希望达到天然牙的色泽及外观。临床上多采用贴面或全冠来修复前牙变色、少量缺损、扭转歪斜等。全瓷贴面修复体因具有良好的生物相容性、美学性和牙体预备量少等优点,所以越来越成为人们不断探索的方向。本文就全瓷贴面的修复特点、临床应用以及修复后可能存在的潜在风险等作一综述,以更好地指导临床工作。With the improvement of the living standard, the aesthetic standards and the science and technology level improve, the restoration goals for anterior teeth not only focus on the function, but also on the color and appearance similar to the natural teeth. Clinically, dentists usually use the veneers or full crowns to restore the discoloration, defect, skewed of the anterior teeth. Because the porcelain laminate veneer has good biocompatibility and aesthetics, needing less tooth preparation quantity, more and more people are exploring its application direction. This paper made a review about the restoration characteristics, the clinical application and the possible potential risks of the porcelain laminate veneer, in order to guide the clinical application.
